* Sometimes we run late.. we may have a nervous Nellie or a grumpy Gus, which requires more of our one on one time. We will call and let you know if your pet is going to be finished a little after 5. But if your pet is done at 3 and you do not pick up by or at 5 you will be charged a $25 pet sitting fee. Please understand we are a small business with limited staff (so we can stay more personable) and we have children to pick up from daycare.. and when you are late, we are late and that costs us money.

*We now accept credit cards, however there is a 4% surcharge applied (this goes to the credit card company, not us). We do accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle at no charge

*We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with us. If you are not satisfied please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right. Please understand that most pets do not stand still on the table, so we will always do our very best. We will let you know what you can do at home between grooms to get your pet acclimated to the process. We will never force anything on your pet. We want them to have the best experience possible.

*We will call you as soon as your pet is finished. We like to take our time and make sure that all pets in our care are not rushed or stressed out. If they need breaks, cuddle time, something to drink, or they are not a fan of dryer we will do whatever we can to make their experience the best one possible. This sometimes means they may be with us a little longer than expected. We do everything we can to make our human clients happy, however we will always put your pet's wellbeing first and foremost.

Please remember that we are a small, mom owned business. We have and always and will always do our best to accommodate everyone. Thank you all for your continued support. We love you!!!
